Hello, I’m Paige!

I'm a Pole Dance Instructor, Performer, and co-founder of Dancefitfly Studio in Aberdeen, Scotland.

When I began my pole journey in 2015, I had no prior dance or gymnastics experience- just a passion (hello, hyperfocus) to learn and grow. Since then, pole dancing has become a huge part of my life. I’ve been competing since 2016 and I’m proud to have earned multiple titles along the way. I now love helping people with their competition pieces to help them refine their performance and really shine on stage.

I'm deeply passionate about sharing my love for pole dancing. Whether I’m teaching at my studio, workshops, pole camps, or judging competitions, I just love passing on my knowledge and experience to others and seeing that little spark inside when something just clicks!

To make my teaching more accessible, I built an online tutorial vault which now has 300+ On-Demand Pole Dancing Tutorials and Live Online Classes including Elite Special Guest Instructors from all over the world. Seeing my students from around the world progress and find confidence in themselves is what fuels and inspires me.

Opening my wee Online pole dance store was the next step in my mission - a curated collection of all of My Favourite PolewithPaige training essentials and cute pieces designed not just to look good, but that are functional to support you in your daily practice.
