  • No! You don’t need to be strong to start—pole dancing helps you build strength over time. Many beginners start with little to no upper body strength, and that’s completely normal! This course is designed to guide you through progressive exercises and techniques to help you safely develop the strength and skills needed for pole dancing. All you need is patience, consistency, and a willingness to learn! 💪✨

  • Unlimited life time access once you have bought the course so you can revisit and refine as much as you need :)

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes that allow you to move freely. Shorts are recommended so your skin can grip the pole, and a fitted top for support. This course is barefoot so no heels required!

  • For beginners, 2-3 sessions per week is a great starting point. Consistency is key, but it’s important to listen to your body and allow rest days to prevent overtraining. This course is designed in units so you can safely work your way through them and repeat or take breaks as necessary.
